Pet Ghosts Mary & Joseph Continued in caption It's has not been more than two months when Namami and Stuti two toddler sisters shifted to Usa from India along with their mom dad. There curious minds has already encountered so many changes in their surrounding in these days.  Beautiful fall season welcomed them on Washington airport and Three year old Namami was surprised to see the colourful trees and plants on the both side on the roads. The neighbourhood is also not as noisy as grandpa's place. She has  started loving the changes as soon as got rid of jet leg.  Fifteen days passed as blinking the eyes and by the time most of trees and plants which both sisters had view from their backyard, were leafless now and neighbours have started decorating their houses with scary stuff and markets are also full of same scary stuff. This peculiar change is scary for little girls. Dad told them, it's Halloween a festival like we have many fastivals in our country and bought a scarecrow to hang on the wall of patio and to let the kids be a bit familiar with new culture too. However mom dad tried their best but Namami's mind was not ready to accept that it's a cheerful festival. Their wooden flooring apartment with the in-built  heating mechanism was an add-on for her to believe the existance of Ghosts. Everytime the heater automatically turns the fan on-off , it makes a sound. If somebody is opening the water tap at midnight there is a sound as water is traversing all the way through the pipes sandwiched between wooden walls. All the scary sounds were more concentrated near the walking closet in the bedroom . Namami thinks that there is a ghost or many living in this closet. Mom had enough conversation to explain the fact but her effort was waste.  Now it was Dad's turn to win his daughter's trust. As it is the universal fact that Dad is the super-power who has the solution of every problem so Namami's dad was for her. He started making fun of ghosts living in the closest . He purposely started keeping water left running in bathroom and frequently changing the room temperature. Now these ghost were is his day to night discussion. Some day while leaving for office , he pretends as he forgot something and will come back and runs to the closet to say 'Good bye friends, see you in evening'. Someday he insists  Namami to call the closet family out for dinner with us. Halloween was at the end and on that day Namami enjoyed the fun festival of trick or treat with lots of candies but closet family was still living in the same corner and was not out for celebration although there were many of them were on road today.
