Anger Management In this lockdown Many things were thoroughly dissected And one was anger amongst them I used to be short-tempered And used to shout and show my anger But during this lockdown phase I tried to help myself I started doing meditation Daily Initially, it seemed tough to concentrate But slowly I could motivate myself And with each passing days I understood that if I want I can manage my anger as well And eventually I found Meditation is one of the solid ways to do anger management..
