I enter inside the gate and I dare not to look back. I know mom would have gone by now. Today, she has enlightened me with that aspect of life which could be a major alter to my suffering conscious. Things have been going different and honestly if this was not a dream and was some another reality, I would definitely escape to this life. Anyway, I am here now, the day of the competition. About the competition, it happens once in three years. Students appears from different schools representing their towns. Our town sponsors the competition. We play hard to win that cup of pride. Different categories and groups. I was representing my school in ballet. I was one of lead dancers along with my friend Justin or I would say ex- friend Justin. I see a crowd gathering aside garden. It was our school's student-president, Scarlet, a high school first year. She was representing our school in Mathematics Quiz, the most reputed category among all. Everybody held their hope high with her as she was the mathematics topper of our school. They certainly believed that she would win. Scarlet was the star of our school. Just like her name whenever she passed the hallway, she drew the attention of all the students. Not only students used to admire her but the teachers too. No one knows how did she get so much of popularity. She was good in studies and most of the all, she was an orator. Her eloquence was what made her the student's president.
