That time of the month, when Aunt Flo visit, Raise

That time of the month, when Aunt Flo visit,
Raise the Red flag, Crimson tide coming. A woman menstruates about 500 times in her lifetime, yet the pad is dealt with in whispers. About 12.8% of women and girls worldwide live in poverty, yet menstrual products are taxed and are not considered a basic right. About 36% of Indian women do not have access to sanitary napkins every month, yet period poverty is hardly recognised and understood. Around 40 million children grow stunted, yet basic hygiene continues to be a riddle.

It's time to leave behind the stigma of menstrual health, for there's a whole lot to talk about! Menstrual Hygiene Day celebrated on May 28, aims to combat stigmas relating to menstruation, empowering women to take charge of their health through positive menstrual hygiene practices. ❤

Collaborate with Democrats & Dissenters and write a 2 line slogan on breaking the taboo around periods.
