When you get out, you get out. When you die, you die. If you really get this one thing, most of your life is sorted.

As he jumps on his bowling stride, you are not thinking of the possibility of a run out. You are just wanting to attack or defend to the best of your ability.

As soon as the ball leaves his hand, you don't visualise a possible lbw because you were worried about your head falling over. Instead, you let your instincts take over.
