I want and request to Indian and State government that every rapist and murderer to be hanged in the middle of the street, so that others think a hundred times before committing such a crime. Every rapist should be tortured before being punished, they should remember every moment when they were tormenting a girl or a woman, this punishment should be given in front of people to shock the hearts of onlookers.
