Benefits of ginger 

1. In addition to cooking ginger, almost everyone also eats raw ginger.  The medicinal properties of ginger are immense.  When I have a cold, the first thing I eat is crushed ginger and I drink it with liquor tea. 

2. If you have a sore throat or a sore cough, eating a little salt with raw ginger will reduce the soreness a lot. 

3. Many people feel nauseous after getting into the car, putting a piece of raw ginger in their mouth will reduce the nausea.

Personal opinion :- If you do any cooking with time and patience, the taste of cooking is much better.  It is true that the benefits of several spices have been mentioned here but one thing should be kept in mind that it is better to eat any food in moderation and before consuming it regularly one should start taking the doctor's advice.

How to make Vegetarian Potato soup recipe :- 

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.  It should be washed well in water several times, after washing well it should be immersed in clean water so that there is no potato pulp. 

Cut the green part of the onion with the plant and keep it separately and cut the white onion into small pieces.  The green part of the onion (onion tree) should be cut into small pieces.
Peel the garlic well and rub the garlic, or chop it very finely.



Step 1 :- 

First, turn on the gas and place the non-stick pan.  After the pan is hot, add olive oil after adding butter.  When it is hot, stir it with chopped onions for a minute, till this time the flame of the gas should be kept a little lower than medium.  When the onion is fried for one to one and a half minutes, add the minced garlic and stir it very well.

এইদিকে শিঙি, কই, মাগুর, ল‍্যাঠ‍্যা, শোল আনন্দিত হয় বউগুলোর কথা শুনে। ওরাও দেরি না করে চলে যায় চঙ্কু মঙ্কুদের কাছে। যা যা ঘটে তা বিস্তারিত ভাবে বলতে থাকে। সব শুনে চঙ্কু - মঙ্কু বলে বাকিরা শোনো তোমাদের এইবার করতে হবে বাকী কাজ টা।  কই, ল‍্যাঠ‍্যা, শোল,মাগুর,শিঙি এরা আসল কাজটা করে এসেছে এবং সফল হয়েছে। 
বিভিন্ন প্রজাতির মাছ বলে কি করতে হবে বলো। মঙ্কু বলে এইবার গ্রামের সব লোক ঝিলের ধারে  দেখতে আসবে বিষয়টি সত‍্য কিনা। তোমরা এইবার মরার মতো ভাসতে থাকবে আর মুখে কষ্টের আওয়াজ করবে। 

যেমন বলা তেমনি কাজ। গ্রামবাসিরা এসে দেখে মাছেদের করুণ  অবস্থা। ভয় পেয়ে যায়। সবাই বলতে থাকে "না বাবা এই ঝিলের মাছ খাওয়া তো দূরে থাক্ ওদের ধারে কাছে আসব না। আমাদের গায়েও ঐ রকম রোগ হোক নাকি। চল্ চল্ এখান থেকে। বউরা বলে শোনো এখানে তোমরা মাছ দেখলে ধরবে না গায়ে ঐ রকম রোগ হয়ে যাবে, বিশ্রী লাগছে । সম্মতি জানায় তারাও। 

যে যার মতো বাড়ি চলে যায়। মাছেরা নিজেদের নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় এসে জমা হয়। চঙ্কু মঙ্কুদের কাছে পুরো ঘটনা বলে যা হয়েছে। সবটা শুনে চঙ্কু মঙ্কু বলে মানুষদের হাত থেকে তোমাদেরকে রক্ষা করা গেল বাকী থাকল বক, সারস আর মাছরাঙা। 
হ্যাঁ, বলো কি করতে হবে আমাদের, এক্ষুনি যাব সেই মতো কাজে। প্রায় সবাই উত্তেজিত হয়ে পরে। চঙ্কু মঙ্কু থামিয়ে দিয়ে বলে তোমরা শান্ত হও, এই কাজ তোমরা পারবে না।ওদের কথা শুনে বাকীরা নিরাশ হয়ে পরে। চঙ্কু বলে এই কাজটা আমাদের দুজনকেই করতে হবে।
