"A Beating Heart"

Within this rapidly whirling pandemonium,
A beating heart is located there.
Inked by the wounds' scars
At a considered delicate yet incredibly innocent age,
I have seen the storms of life under a depressing sky.
I've experienced the bitterness and the inside agony.
The pendulum of life swings,
Every hit, a lesson is acquired.
With each scar, I learned resilience.
However, I won't give up.
I have been imbued with this.
Kindness is in my heart, as
A mother, sister, and daughter,
I refuse to crumble.
Life is full of surprises and is like a symphony.
And like stars in the sky, possibilities shine.
Thus, I'd like to continue learning with an open mind.
learning and developing with each fresh start.
Despite having seen the dark,
I've decided to bring the light.
And allow my generosity to ignite.
Helping me to survive the night.
I will thus continue.
With a courageous and sincere spirit,
Because I am a blossom, radiant,
Throughout everything I've experienced.

IN MY DREAMS

I see an unmet fantasy for days.
I am dying by the doctor's decree.
I cry while she observes, cold and aloof.
An observer of my sorrow, unmoved.
Like a child's toy, smashed on Eid's joyful day,
She is amazing, incomparable, and fair.
An angelic beauty beyond compare.
those eyes, those brows, those elegant lids,
SubhanAllah, akin to Kashmir's beauty
In long lines, the sick and weary unfurl,
She tends to all, with care and tender touch.
While I, in silence, suffer far too much.
Yet, when my turn comes, fear grips my soul tight.
Silently, I watch myself, lost in search.
My spirit tore softly as I sought Her grace.
Then, like a savior, she appears before me.
A passionate cry for my heart's removal.
To mend my wounds, she readies her skillful hand.
She takes my heart, stitches me,
Yet, in my dreams,
I witness my own death decree.
