Suffocating my own breath I'm drowning and drowning underneath my emotions that are bottled up. Trying to come out while the walls say, hush up. I can't breath in. My heart's aching. No it's not a physical sprain, rather it's the emotional pain; I am feeling as I'm drowning underneath my emotions; stuck in a bottle of rules created by the society who itself breaks it as per its need.
