जिंदगी में कुछ दोस्त आईने की तरह हो ना हो पर कुछ दोस्त आपकी सीक्रेट डायरी की तरह जरूर होने चाहिए, जिनसे आप अपने मन की हर छोटी बड़ी बात निःसंकोच शेयर कर सके, उस पर आप को खुद से ज्यादा यकीन होता हैं उसे यकीन होता हैं वह अपने शब्दों को कही और अंकित कर सकता हैं मगर वो (डायरी) अपने पन्नों को कही और नहीं पलटेगा, जैसे डायरी कभी शब्दों में कुछ नहीं कहती मगर उसपर लिख कर मन हल्का हो जाता हैं उसी तरह उसके आलिंग से मन के सारे दर्द हल्के हो जाये और उस यकीन को बनाये रखना डायरी का कर्तव्य हैं। जिंदगी में आप भी बन सकते हैं किसी की पर्सन डायरी, उसके ज़ख्मो के घाव अपने मन में रख लेना। आसन नहीं होता पर मुस्किल भी तो नहीं बस थोड़ा समर्पण थोड़ा स्नेह और विश्वास बस यहीं तो चाहिए। Trisha R S... #lamho_ki_guzarishey #depression #love #subside #zindgi
