#रीडिंग_हैबिट क्या सच में लोग आजकल किताबें पढ़ते हैं ? या बस किताबों की शॉपिंग करते हैं. विंटर शुरू होते ही - देश में साहित्यिक आयोजनों की बाढ़ सी आ जाती है - हर शहर/कॉलेज में लिटरेचर फेस्टिवल आयोजित होते हैं - जिसमें अनिवार्य तौर पर बुक फेयर भी शामिल होता है - इन लिटरेरी फेस्ट/बुक फेयर में आने वालों में सबसे बड़ी संख्या ‘हिंदी पट्टी के युवाओं’ की होती है - जो झोला भर भर कर किताबें खरीदकर घर ले जाते हैं कोई भी किताब जिसका किसी ने भी कहीं भी जिक्र किया हो ये उसे खरीदकर अपने झोले में रख लेते हैं पर सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि क्या ये पीढ़ी कभी इन किताबों को पढ़ती भी है या बस ये किताबें उनके सेल्फ की शोभा बढ़ाती हैं मेरा अंदाजा है कि इनमें से केवल 5 % किताबें ही पढ़ी जाती हैं कारण - 95 % खरीददारों को कभी कुछ पढ़ने का मन नहीं करता - अगर मन भी करे तो उन्हें पढ़ने तरीका ही नहीं पता - अगर पढ़ना शुरू कर दें तो उन्हें पढ़ने में आनंद नहीं आता - अगर पढ़कर कुछ फील भी करें तो उसे अभिव्यक्त करने के लिए उनके पास कोई मंच नहीं होता इसलिए वो किताबें पढ़ने की वजाय ‘Animal’ देखना पसंद करते हैं जो उनके स्वभाव के ज्यादा करीब है और किताबें बस उसकी सेल्फ की शो पीस बनकर रह जाती हैं ©पूर्वार्थ #reading #Book
