Dear Food, I want to start by acknowledging the value you bring into my life. I respect the nourishment and energy you provide. However, I must admit that there are certain foods I find unappealing and cannot enjoy, despite your benefits. My body rejects some of you, which makes it challenging to consume what I don’t like.
