However, I must admit that there are certain foods I find unappealing and cannot enjoy, despite your benefits. My body rejects some of you, which makes it challenging to consume what I don’t like. My mother, a PhD holder and an exceptional homemaker, has taught me the importance of not wasting food. I strive to honor her teachings by minimizing waste and making mindful choices.
