A splendid & memorable night compelled every indian to jot down its goosebumps moment as the men's & the women's team came out with the flying colours.Salute to indian women's team who stolen hearts of every indian & men's team who scripted a glorious story on the pages of indian sport's history.Both morphed a paradoxical dogma in Tokyo olympic,2020. Really indian hockey team has steered it's diminishing hope & paved the way for their jubilant future.India had to wait for 41 years for its next olympic hockey medal & satisfy with a bronze medal. A SUBJECT OF DEEP DISCUSSION .Overwhelming triumph against Germany provided a beautiful chance to bow down before team india because it buried the pain of soul-numbing defeat.Indian women's team strived a lot to establish a glory for every indian but,they did what we all wanted. There was the odd flicker & the nostalgically inclined with their fond rememberance of legends such as Dhyan chand,Mohammad shahid,Dhanraj pillay,would definitely hope for a beautiful sunrise. Road hockey The best sport that I have played It was outside in a parking lot With a few friends from town Watching is how I was taught Most times we used a tennis ball A bright orange plastic one at times We played for hours nearly everyday In the rain too with no sunshine I remember this one friend good We would play after midnight often Just us two, behind the school It was great fun, both of us laughing We had both women and men play Kids as young as six or seven years And some who were in their forties Everyone hanging out with their peers Road hockey is great exercise too Running up and down to either end Catching your breath is always needed One activity I enjoyed I won't regret ©Schizology Road hockey #poem✍🧡🧡💛 #Road #hockey
