।। ओ३म् ।। उत ब्रुवन्तु नो निदो निरन्यतश्चिदारत। दधाना इन्द्र इद्दुवः॥ पद पाठ उ॒त। ब्रु॒व॒न्तु॒। नः॒। निदः॑। निः। अ॒न्यतः॑। चित्। आ॒र॒त॒। दधा॑नाः। इन्द्रे॑। इत्। दुवः॑॥ जो कि परमेश्वर की (दुवः) सेवा को धारण किये हुए, सब विद्या धर्म और पुरुषार्थ में वर्त्तमान हैं, वे ही (नः) हम लोगों के लिये सब विद्याओं का उपदेश करें, और जो कि (चित्) नास्तिक (निदः) निन्दक वा धूर्त मनुष्य हैं, वे सब हम लोगों के निवासस्थान से (निरारत) दूर चले जावें, किन्तु (उत) निश्चय करके और देशों से भी दूर हो जायें अर्थात् अधर्मी पुरुष किसी देश में न रहें॥ Those who are present in the religion and purusha, holding on to the (duva) service of God, they (nah) should preach all the teachings to the people, and those who (the) atheists (nidah) are blasphemous and sly. We are human beings, they should all go away from the habitat of our people (without any reason), but (they) should decide and get away from the countries, that is, unrighteous men should not live in any country.
