Brought up in a house with disciplinarian beliefs,
With siblings to indulge in silly mischiefs.

I was the middle child and a yo-yo to others.
Some were too young and the older were brothers.

Born in a Muslim family with cultures pretty sound,
I knew urdu but english was my favorite ground.

A humble life with strong religious flavour
I had friends of all faiths but celebrated diwali with fervour.

An indian to the core with deep culture ethos
Not influenced by the west and no ethereal dross. #nomadicminds

The kids weren't bored of me before this lockdown,
The wife didn't lose her tranquility before this lockdown.
Life was bliss before a virus interrupted our lives,
Seldom we would meet amiably before this lockdown.
I have to do the dishes and also share work load,
Scrubbing ain't my cup of tea before this lockdown.
Half of the 24 hours i would spend at work,
Internet at work was free before this lockdown.
Why do people compliment me for staying at home.
