Sexually abusing girls is not a crime, But wearing short clothes is. Roaming around late night for the rapists is not a crime, But traveling alone at night for girls is. Committing a rape is not a crime, But being a girl in this society is. Funny how the guilty doesn't feel any shame in openly roaming here & there but the innocent feels scared in setting a foot outside her house...
