Should rapist get death penalty? Hell yeah. Fuck yeah. But that's not enough. They should be beaten up brutally in jail by the police each day for 30 seconds till the day they will be hanged. Not more than that because otherwise they will be spot dead. And none wants that. I want to see him getting full punishment.
