बेचैनी को तनाव कहते हैं तनाव को गुस्से में बयां करते हैं, कभी दुख को भी गुस्से या हंसी में पलट देते हैं तो कभी गुस्सा भी आंसू या उदासी में बदल जाता हैं, बस यूं ही मनोभावों को कभी हम उलझाते हैं तो कभी उनमें उलझ के रह जाते हैं, ना खुद को समझ पाते हैं और रिश्तो को भी उलझाते चले जाते हैं, कई बार खुशी को भी पूरी तरह गले नहीं लगाते और खुलकर हंसना भी भूल जाते हैं, क्योंकि अपने भावो को कभी पूरा वक़्त नहीं देते कभी आधा महसूस कर के छोड़ देते हैं, तो कभी उन पे सवाल करते हैं पर जवाब नहीं ढूंढते और फिर बेचैनी को तनाव कहते हैं। 🧡🖤🖤🧡 #emotions #feelings #beinghuman #confusion #selfawareness #understandingyourself #hindipoems #grishmapoems
