गमों के वोड़का को तकलीफों की रम पिला के आया हूँ, मैं दर्द के नशे में अंगूरी शराब की बूंद मिला के आया हूँ! उदासियों की व्हिस्की रिसने लगी है ज़िस्म से बेवजह, अपने हर ज़ख्म को आज बिना सुई सिला के आया हूँ! परेशानियां है कभी हर्फ, कभी खाली बीयर की बोतल, मैं खुद को आज खुश रहने का दिलासा दिला के आया हूँ! होगी ना दूर ये तन्हाईयाँ, ना कभी मायूसी मिटेगी 'कुमार', जिन का घूँट पिला के नींद को, नींद से हिला के आया हूँ!
