Most of the time friendships just happen. (I believed it always and still believe it.) In childhood, in school, in college, at work and at many other places. But at some point, you learn you need to make efforts for friendship. It's not that you haven't made efforts earlier. You did it almost always but without knowing mostly. But now you have to make effort because you need a friend. The whole thing might sound strange. But trying is the only option. And if you do then maybe mostly you won't regret it.
